WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS REFUND, EXCHANGE, AND RETURN POLICIES:
1) Full exchange credit on any defective item returned to retailer for up to 30 days from purchase, to be applied to an exact replacement item only; we pay shipping and return shipping. Retailer must call our business phone number for a return authorization code and return item to us within 30 days of receiving their returned item.
2) 50 % merchandise return refund allowed on any unopened merchandise in re-sellable condition purchased directly from us for any reason up to 30 days from purchase, no shipping refund, customer pays return shipping. OR 100 % merchandise return exchange credit on any unopened merchandise in re-sellable condition purchased directly from us for any reason up to 30 days from purchase, to be applied to exchange items of equal or greater value, no shipping refund, customer pays return shipping. Retailer must call our business phone number for a return authorization code and then return item to us within 30 days.
3) 50 % merchandise return exchange credit on any unopened merchandise in re-sellable condition purchased directly from us for any reason up to 180 days from purchase, to be applied to exchange items of equal or greater value, no shipping refund, customer pays return shipping. Retailer must call our business phone number for a return authorization code and then return item to us within 30 days.
4) Full exchange credit or 100 % refund on any defective/damaged item received by retailer and purchased directly from us; we pay shipping and return shipping. Retailer must call our business phone number for a return authorization code and return item to us within 15 days of receiving items.
5) Other terms with retailers are available upon written agreement of all parties concerned.
NOTE: Items purchased from other distribution outlets must be returned to them according to their exchange/return policies.
